BLACKTHORN Runner - Petrol
Here's a runner that brings new meaning to the phrase history in the making. While its Art Nouveau motif, BLACKTHORN part of our collaboration with the William Morris Gallery dates back to 1892, this design is woven from sumptuous British wool by Axminster Carpets, creators of the worlds finest floor coverings since 1755. Yet despite all this (and the fact its made to last for decades to come), this piece is thoroughly modern, thanks to its statement shade of Petrol and slyly gothic undertones (note the skull lurking amongst the symmetrical blooms).
