Design Notes
More than just king of the jungle, SABER is king of the home. A much-loved motif that originally clawed inspiration from traditional Tibetan tiger rugs, our House icon has now been reinterpreted as a magnificent floor covering - one that celebrates nature at its most powerful. In a foliage-inspired shade of 'Sage' green with tactile fringing, this design is woven from superbly soft British wool by the master craftspeople at Axminster Carpets in Devon. Wherever you let him prowl, you can guarantee he'll rule the room.
With each piece inspired by traditional Tibetan tiger motifs sold, House of Hackney makes a donation to Panthera, the charity devoted to protecting the world's wild cats.
Each item sold enables House of Hackney to purchase and protect 35 square metres of forest, thanks to our partnership with the World Land Trust the international conservation charity that safeguards our most vital natural ecosystems and threatened habitats, acre by acre.

For this design there are two different sizes to choose from: the luxurious 1.83m x 1.22m is ideal for the bedroom or for laying down beside the fireplace, while the extravagant 2.44m x 1.83m is designed with living rooms in mind.
