This offer is available to customers living in the Greater London area only (within the M25).
Free Installation can not exceed one day- any additional work would be charged at the installer's day rate. On average, one day's work would cover an installation of two feature walls – (one feature wall would be 6 rolls for a standard wall, for difficult areas, one feature wall would take one day).
If you plan to paper a ceiling, this needs to be agreed in advance as double the workforce is required.
If lining paper and prep work is required, this may need to be arranged with the installer separately and is not covered as part of the installation offer.
House of Hackney select only the best installers to partner with them in this promotion, therefore the installers will not wallpaper over lining paper that has been provided by an alternative installer. This is to ensure quality is upheld.
It is strongly advised that wallpaper is not hung over any existing paper. If a customer decides not to comply with this, neither House of Hackney nor the installer are responsible for any subsequent quality defects.
Every effort will be made to find the most convenient installation date. Customers require to book at least 2 weeks in advance of installation. Customers should submit four convenient dates on which the installation could take place, the installer will then select the most appropriate date from this list.
If an installation date is missed by the customer without appropriate cancellation timings, the appointment cannot be rebooked.
Any rescheduling of appointments must be done 3 working days before the appointment. Appointments may only be rescheduled once and additional appointments cannot be guaranteed.
This offer is only available to retail customers. All trade customers will be excluded from this offer.
House of Hackney cannot be held responsible if a customer has bought mixed batches of wallpaper from multiple orders. House of Hackney recommend wallpaper is installed from the same batch.
The installer is a third party contractor, and not part of the House of Hackney brand. House of Hackney cannot be held accountable for actions attaining from the installer.
House of Hackney cannot be held accountable for any incorrect quantity of wallpaper ordered by the customer.
No items may be refunded from the purchase of the offer. They may be exchanged only.
It is advised that all the wall surfaces are ready for wallpapering and all the surrounding areas are fully painted and finished. This is to avoid damage to the wallpaper
It is advised a customer returns the pre-installation questionnaire before a job is booked with the installer. This is to ensure all of the customer's needs are covered to provide the best possible installation.
