House of Hackney's flagship store in Shoreditch and its product is stocked in more than 60 luxury department and concept stores worldwide. Senior Ecommerce Manager

Full Time Position
Location: Head Office, Shoreditch, London

THE ROLE

We are looking for a confident Ecommerce Manager with a solid knowledge and experience working with web technologies. You will be thriving in fast paced environments and you will have an uplifting and contagious can-do attitude.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute the global Ecommerce strategy to achieve targets in line with annual budgets, propose actions to drive sales and ensure sales targets are met
  • Manage budgets ensuring sales, costs and profit remain in line with the budget, and complete reforecasts when necessary.
  • Work with the Omni Channel Showroom Manager and Communications Manager to ensure that House of Hackney delivers a consistent look and feel and customer journey online, in store and with other brand presences in accordance with global brand guidelines.
  • Monitor site performances and propose and implement improvements, working with external web development partners.
  • Oversee and develop the user experience of the website including site navigation, content strategy, customer journey, checkout flow and campaigns across devices.
  • Manage the effective planning and execution of content across the websites and online marketing campaigns to ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of all content publishing.
  • Oversee digital marketing channels including PPC and remarketing, SEO and email.
  • Work with the Production Team to manage and plan online merchandising of products to ensure all current options are stocked and available. This includes monitoring of inventory levels and highlighting replenishment and growth opportunities.
  • Manage all aspects of analytics and communicate internally to executive leadership and cross-functional partners. Monitor, report on and implement initiatives to constantly improve key KPIs.
  • Work with the Operations team to ensure the end-to-end operational customer journey meets House of Hackney standards.
  • Oversee the timely execution of daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal reports for Senior Management.
  • Monitor and research industry tools and developments to ensure House of Hackney is future-proofing offer and technology
  • Manage, motivate and nurture the digital team.

  • THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Passionate about the House of Hackney brand
  • Extensive E-Commerce experience, preferably in a luxury brand.
  • Business planning and E-Commerce strategy development.
  • Solid knowledge and experience working with web technologies, best-practice user experience, design/layout, and site performance optimisation.
  • Experience of managing online marketing channels across devices including SEO, PPC, retargeting and email.
  • Extensive knowledge of E-Commerce technology, platforms and analytics packages including GA.
  • Magento experience an advantage.
  • Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting insights & drawing conclusions to inform business decisions and drawing strategies
  • Ability to identify, prioritise, and articulate highest impact initiatives.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, being flexible in approach to meet the requirements of the business.

  • Customer Experience Advisor (Mat Cover – 12 Month Contract)

    We are looking for a passionate Customer Experience Advisor to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the House of Hackney. Responding to first line customer support requests, across multiple channels including email, live chat, telephone and returns.

  • Graphic Design Internship

    Full Time Position

    YOU MUST SUBMIT A PORTFOLIO TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE

    THE ROLE

    We are looking for a fresh and innovative graphic design intern to join our creative studio. The role will spread across different projects and you'll get hands-on experience while being part of an inspiring team which is among the pillars of House of Hackney thriving success. This is an unpaid internship, however, an expenses allowance will be provided.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Designing weekly newsletters
  • Designing mockups for weekly homepage updates
  • Resizing images and preparing digital assets
  • Responding to design briefs from the wider team, creating a range of brand assets including presentations for both internal and external communications
  • Designing and ordering stationary, such as business cards
  • Preparing documents for both print and electronic delivery; liaising with external suppliers to source quotes and sample materials
  • General design related administration duties, such as maintaining the organisation of files archive

  • Essential good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is essential

  • Interior Designer
    Full time position
    Location: Head Office – Shoreditch, London

    THE ROLE

    We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic Mid-Level Interior Designer to join us in the establishment of the House of Hackney Interior Design Studio. You will be inspired to work with the creative directors in creating and delivering projects which embody the brand’s aesthetic. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience in dealing with projects from initial phase to completion.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take ownership of projects from initial phase to completion
  • Mastery in AutoCAD, Sketch-up, EstiMac, Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to interpret a brief and develop presentations, schedules and sample boards for live projects .
  • Aim to maintain and deliver the highest standards of customer service
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with suppliers and clients .
  • Supervise technical drawings and monitor regulatory requirements
  • Operate as a brand ambassador in line with the brand guidelines
  • Manage business remotely and report consistently when travelling
  • Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to work to tight deadlines
