The Omni Channel Showroom Manager will have responsibility for the overall physical Retail/E-tail strategy of the Flagship showroom development and execution with a particular emphasis on delivering the bespoke customer services; maximising sales, service and operational efficiency through all channels by optimising the customer journey, constantly developing and aligning all activities cohesively within brand guidelines.

  • KEY ACTIVITIES

    • SALES/ FINANCIAL
    • Full accountability for Flagship Omni Channel sales and KPI’s; ensuring sales, profit and performance targets are met and exceeded.

    • Enhance and align the Omni Channel HoH brand experience. Offering best in class luxury customer service and product knowledge, CRM activity and after-sales experience.
    • Develop and execute new initiatives to drive footfall/conversion rates via customer engagement, acquisition and retention.
    • Lead and develop Omni Channel in store/e-store experience ensuring cohesive overall presentation, visual merchandising standards and customer experience.
    • OPERATIONS
    • Deliver a consistent Omni Channel strategy, with a high standard of operational delivery, ensuring all company policies, systems and procedures are met.
    • Accountable for all operation guidelines being executed: store maintenance, cash control procedures, inventory management/accuracy, security and loss prevention.
    • Oversee relevant maintenance contracts/costs, health and safety, building maintenance, security and emergency systems.
    • TEAM
    • Provide inspirational leadership, management and training to all team members, to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
    • Maintain a presence in the showroom, supervising sales and service standards. Identify and share best practice throughout the channels, ensuring staff fully embrace all brand, product and selling techniques.

      • ADDITIONAL SHOWROOMS

        • House of Hackney is a growing brand. There will be times when there will be additional Pop up or potentially permanent showrooms. The showroom may need to travel to support in the set up of these showrooms. Head of Omni Channel
Full time position
Location: Head Office – Shoreditch, London

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute the global E-Comm/ E-Tail strategy to achieve sales and profit targets in line with annual budgets.
  • Develop and execute Omnichannel budget ensuring sales, costs and profit remain in line with the budget, and complete reforecasts as and when necessary.
  • Ensure that House of Hackney delivers a consistent look and feel and customer journey online and in store in accordance with global brand guidelines.
  • Responsible for the user experience of the website and In-Store Ordering application including site navigation, content strategy, customer journey, checkout flow and campaigns across devices.
  • Develop and oversee the effective planning and localised execution of content across the websites and online marketing campaigns to ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of all content publishing.
  • Oversee global performance marketing channels including PPC, SEO, email, remarketing and affiliate programmes.
  • Work in collaboration with the Marketing Team on all aspects of digital marketing including online PR, social media and special projects.
  • Work in close conjunction with the Production Team to manage and plan online merchandising of products to ensure all current options ae stocked and available. This includes monitoring of inventory levels and highlighting replenishment and growth opportunities.
  • Manage all aspects of analytics related to Omni channel sales and communicate internally to executive leadership and cross-functional partners. Monitor, report on and implement initiatives to constantly improve key Retail KPIs.
  • Work with the operations team to report on all Omnichannel services including Collect in Store, Returns to Store, In-Store Ordering and Store Fulfilment to ensure they meet required budgets.
  • Work with the Operations team to optimise our Omnichannel services offering and drive engagement at all levels to continue delivering incremental sales and meet set budgets.
  • Work with the Operations team to ensure the end-to-end operational customer journey meets House of Hackney standards, including maintaining fulfilment SLAs, fraud management and customer services.
  • Support Global sales team to build relationships with House of Hackney’s online wholesale, concession and marketplace partners. Work with the Operations team to launch new partners.
  • Oversee the timely execution of daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal reports for Senior Management
  • Manage, motivate and nurture the Omni channel team, spanning the functional areas of Trading, Sales, Content & Production, Performance Marketing and 3rd Party Partnerships.

  • Office Manager
    Managing an office of 30 employees as well as carrying out PA and administrative duties for company directors. The applicant should have previous experience of working as an EA/Office Manager in a busy varied environment.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Primary responsibilities:
  • Ensuring smooth running and operational aspects of the Office.
  • Support senior Executives in all aspects of general organisation and focusing on administrative duties, projects and diary Management, assisting with presentations including binding, copying, expenses etc.
  • Support Executives pulling together company information for board packs and strategy review.

    THE ROLE

    The successful candidate will support the Sales Lead for Wholesale & Trade sales in North America, Middle East, Scandinavia and Europe.They will be responsible for supporting the Sales Lead and the Global Sales Manager to achieve sales targets. They will ensure all orders are inputted into the system correctly and accurately, timelines are carefully tracked and adhered to, and there is clear communication to the customer at all times. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for maintaining clear and open communication with all accounts regarding prices, deliveries, and product specifications. They will display a professional attitude and will work collaboratively with colleagues across the company to gain a successful outcome for all.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ownership of sales targets within the territory.
  • Clear understanding of sales targets within the territory
  • Support the Sales Lead and Global Sales Manager in preparing for all appointments and tradeshows. Attend appointments as and when requested by Sales Lead, which could involve travel if necessary.
  • Detailed order maintenance including inputting orders correctly and accurately while tracking timelines and communicating any issues to the Sales Lead
  • Operate and look as a brand ambassador in line with the brand guidelines and wear House of Hackney uniform at all times.
  • Conduct business in the House of Hackney way at all times
  • Updating any paperwork necessary for order shipments (varies by account)
  • Regularly liaise with the warehouse staff, Production Team, and customer to ensure a smooth order process within specified SLA

  • Monitor online and social media presence of accounts within territory to ensure brand standards are upheld and company T+Cs are followed
  • Keep clear records of all selling tools that accounts require and distribute updates seasonally

  • Extensive knowledge of how internal systems (i.e. Bright Pearl, NuORDER, and the Trade Portal) operate and ability to extract necessary information from each of them

  • Upload all product images and information to NuORDER and the Trade Portal
  • Distribute price lists and option plans to customers based on account type

    THE ROLE

    Working as the bridge between the online platform and the sales team this role is the first point of contact for customers contacting the online shop. This role is responsible for ensuring that all communication and action taken enables House of Hackney to maintain and deliver exceptional customer service to our clients. This position requires the individual to take responsibility for increasing the direct website sales, providing the highest levels of customer care, whilst ensuring all customers receive expert advice and service, either via themselves or by directing customers to the appropriate expert advisor.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    .

  • Being the first point of contact for our customers contacting the website, ensuring all communication is answered within the channel SLA’s including Phone, Email and Live Chat.
  • Identifying high spending or priority level customers and developing a contact plan to engage with these customers.
  • Dealing with all customer enquiries and sales orders (including bespoke), chasing deliveries, resolving simple technical issues and forwarding client queries to relevant teams where necessary.
  • Managing the returns process; ensuring returns are processed within 24 hours of arrival.
  • Responding to any complaints and escalating to ensure the issue is resolved in a timely and suitable manner.
  • Ensuring customers are updated regularly regarding any ongoing queries and delivering the highest level of service at all times.

    THE ROLE

    We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic Mid-Level Interior Designer to join us in the establishment of the House of Hackney interior design studio. You will be inspired to work with the creative directors in creating and delivering projects which embody the brand’s aesthetic. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience in dealing with projects from initial phase to completion.

    SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch-up, EstiMac, Photoshop and Microsoft Office
  • Degree in Interior Design or qualified by experience
  • Design Industry experience, FF&E purchasing experience an advantage
